Only one-fifth of Irish voters believe the Government has changed for the better following its attempt to adopt a more caring image, according to a poll in this morning’s newspapers.

A majority of the 1,000 people questioned in the Irish Times/TNS mrbi poll said they believed the Government had not changed at all since then, while 10% said they believed it had got worse.
