Labour outlines pupil-teacher ratio plans

The Labour Party has said it will reduce the pupil-teacher ratio to 15 to 1 if it gets into Government.

In a document to tackle educational disadvantage published today, Labour has said it will put non-teaching principals in schools with more than five teachers.
