Bypass will end traffic chaos, vows Brennan

A €12m bypass will end hours of daily traffic chaos for more than 6,000 motorists in Cavan town, it was claimed today.

Seamus Brennan, Transport Minister, said the new N3-N55 bypass would cut journey times and also improve safety.
