The demolition of Dublin’s Ballymun flats will reportedly be delayed for four years following the discovery of asbestos in the walls and ceilings of the buildings.

The demolition of Dublin’s Ballymun flats will reportedly be delayed for four years following the discovery of asbestos in the walls and ceilings of the buildings.

Reports this morning said the Health and Safety Authority had ordered the developers of the flats to painstakingly remove the asbestos before demolishing the buildings.
