Coughlan: Irish emigrants abroad will be helped

The Minister for Social and Foreign Affairs Mary Coughlan has said the Government is doing all it can to help Irish emigrants abroad.

Minister Coughlan was speaking in New York where she presented a financial grant to the coalition of Irish emigration centres in the US.
