Tribunal to continue Lawlor questioning
The Planning and Payments Tribunal has deferred until Tuesday at the earliest, a decision on whether it should refer Liam Lawlor back to the High Court for failing to co-operate with the inquiry.
The tribunal hopes to complete its questioning of Mr Lawlor, about evidence given by London based solicitor Anthony Seddon.
It will then decide if he will return to the High Court to face a perjury charge and a separate charge of failing to co-operate with the tribunal.
Lawlor has told the tribunal that he has made no profits from his investments in the Czech republic.
He is also denying that the purpose of a company he set up there, with a Mr David Morgan, was to avoid paying tax. Mr Lawlor may face yet another term in jail.
