The Planning Tribunal has deferred until September a decision on whether to take legal against Liam Lawlor.

The tribunal said today that the former Fianna Fáil TD handed over 11,000 documents on Tuesday after being warned that he could be referred to the High Court for failing to cooperate with investigations into alleged planning corruption.
