Lawlor solicitor pulls out of Planning Tribunal testimony

A London-based solicitor who represents former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor has informed the Planning Tribunal that he will not be attending today's sitting.

The tribunal wrote to Anthony Seddon a number of weeks ago asking him to give evidence today.
