Lawlor due back before Planning Tribunal
Former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor is due to face further questions about his financial affairs at the Planning Tribunal later today.
Yesterday, the tribunal heard that Mr Lawlor stood to make €2.5m from a proposed development of 10,000 houses in the Adamstown area of west Dublin.
The tribunal heard that the former TD was a 25% shareholder in Pentagon Underground Services, which owns a sewer in Adamstown.
If the construction of the 10,000 houses goes ahead, 2,000 homeowners will have to pay Pentagon €5,000 each to connect to the sewer system.
