Parents of tragic toddler call for inquiry

The parents of a toddler who died after being sent home from hospital are demanding the establishment of an independent inquiry into her death.

Róisín Ruddle died after her heart operation at Crumlin Children's Hospital was cancelled because of a lack of intensive care nurses.
