A man is recovering today after being shot in the elbows and ankles during a paramilitary style punishment attack in west Belfast last night.

A man is recovering today after being shot in the elbows and ankles during a paramilitary style punishment attack in west Belfast last night.

The shooting happened in a laneway at around 10.30pm.
