Immigrant Council to consult on recent ruling

The Immigrant Council of Ireland is meeting government officials for talks on the implications of the recent decision on the rights of non-national parents who have Irish-born children.

It follows the Supreme Court ruling that non-national parents of Irish children do not have an automatic right to residency in the state.
