RTE takes court action on Euro 2004 coverage

Ireland's Euro 2004 qualifiers against Albania and Georgia have become the basis of a High Court action.

Following the "protected TV events" bill, signed into law by President Mary McAleese last month, RTE claim they should televise both matches.
