An operation to transfer oil from a damaged tanker off the coast of Co Donegal is due to begin today.

The Panamanian-registered Princess Eva, which is carrying 59,000 tonnes of gas oil, has been anchored off the coast of Killybegs since suffering damage in a storm two weeks ago.
