Man due in court over fatal hit-and-run

A man is due to appear in Dublin District Court to face charges over a fatal hit-and-run accident in the city earlier this month.

The 19-year-old man was arrested by gardai investigating the incident in Drimnagh earlier today.

The victim of the hit-and-run was 26-year-old ESB worker Neil King.

He died in Beaumont Hospital from serious head injuries after being hit by the stolen car while cycling on Davitt Rd in Drimnagh at around 1am on December 10 last.
