Ten gardai who refused to co-operate with the investigation into garda assaults on protestors in Dublin last May could face disciplinary action or even dismissal, according to reports today.

The Garda Complaints Board, which conducted the investigation, has reportedly studied legal advice on how to proceed and has sent fresh letters of invitation to 10 gardai asking them to assist the May Day inquiry.
