Aer Lingus set to enjoy €40m profits

Aer Lingus has enjoyed a massive turnaround in fortunes, moving into profit less than a year after major cuts, it emerged today.

Aer Lingus Chief Executive Willie Walsh confirmed the airline expects to turn a projected loss of €27m into a profit of up to €40m.
