Trimble travels to London

The North’s first minister David Trimble is to travel to London for crisis talks with British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Mr Trimble has abandoned plans to meet with former US president Bill Clinton in Enniskillen to allow for discussions on situation in the Short Strand area of east Belfast.
