Fianna Fail is surging ahead in Election 2002, with 63 seats taken already.

Fine Gael's share of the votes has been cut back drastically, with candidates taking just 21 seats so far.

Labour have secured 18 seats, the PDs four and the Greens five.

Sinn Fein have taken three seats, with the Social Democrats taking one and Independents accounting for 10 seats so far.
