The Irish Farmers Association’s sugar beet committee will meet later today to discuss options mooted at talks with the Government yesterday.

The talks, which involved the Tanaiste, Mary Harney, Agriculture Minister Joe Walsh and representatives of Greencore and the IFA, ended without agreement.
