Management at Aer Lingus is expected to respond to the Labour Relations Commission’s proposed survival plan for the airline later today.

The plan calls for a two-year freeze on workers’ wages and a cut in the overtime rate for staff, as well as asking employees to accept one day less paid holidays each year.
