TD says CIE should reconsider plan to erect masts

A Cork TD has said CIE should reconsider its controversial plans to allow Eircell to erect 41 mobile phone masts along national railways.

Hundreds of people living close to the planned erection sites have accused CIE of agreeing a secret deal with Eircell without planning permission or environmental impact studies.
