Derry farm escapes cull
The North's Dept of Agriculture has decided against culling animals on a farm in Co Derry saying it is only a 'cool' suspect for foot-and-mouth.
The farm at Limavady has been sealed off and blood samples have been sent away for tests, although there is no immediate alert in the area.
A number of sheep in Co Antrim were culled today after it was found a Cushendall farmer was keeping sheep on rented land.
The killings have been described as precautionary.
