Teenager arrested over Ulster murder
Detectives in Northern Ireland are questioning a teenager over a brutal sectarian murder.
Trevor Lowry died after being attacked on his way home from a night out near his home in Glengormley, Co Antrim last Saturday.
The 49-year-old father of two was found with severe head and facial injuries in the loyalist Harmin Parade area.
Police investigating the killing believe Mr Lowry, a Protestant, may have been mistaken for a Catholic. A Royal Ulster Constabulary spokesman said a 16-year-old man was arrested yesterday in connection with police inquiries.
Detectives had earlier returned to the area where the dead man was found to speak to the public in a bid to gain more information about his last known movements.
