Civilians slam plans to introduce new plastic bullets

Relatives of those killed by plastic bullets in the North have slammed plans to introduce new, more lethal versions of the baton rounds.

The United Campaign against Plastic Bullets said there is a greater chance of a round which strikes the head being lodged in the victims skull.
