Paul Martin from Dundalk is one of Ireland's leading garden designer and he won gold for his creation 'Garden of Mindful Living'.
Our gardening correspondent, Peter Dowdall sat down for a chat with the award-winning landscape and garden designer.
You can take a closer look at the garden in the video below.
Peter Dowdall is at the flower show for the Irish Examiner and he fondly remembers his first visit and is thrilled to be back there.
Diarmuid Gavin's Harrods British Eccentrics Garden is one of the most talked about aspects of the show.
Landscape designer Sam Ovens spoke to Peter about the garden shed of Diarmuid Gavin's garden which is next door to his Cloudy Bay Garden.
Peter also paid a visit to the Telegraph Garden designed by Andy Sturgeon which highlights the cutting edge garden design on show at The Royal Horticultural Society event.
And it's not all about plants! He looked at a sculpture in this garden by David Harber.
