The promoter of a “chaotic” Junior Cert disco that saw hundreds of teenagers refused entry has insisted that all valid ticket holders will be refunded, amid complaints that monies have yet to be paid more than two weeks after the event.

Adam Courtney of Pineapple Entertainment Ltd yesterday said that those who had valid tickets to the event at the Clayton Silversprings Hotel on Thursday, June 18, will be informed of where they can collect their money shortly.

Hundreds of teens were left standing outside the hotel after security refused to admit more patrons in the midst of concerns that the venue had already reached capacity.
