A former Nama official has been served with a book of evidence and returned for trial accused of leaking confidential information.

Enda Farrell, 38, with an address in Brussels, Belgium but formerly of Dunboyne, Co Meath, was remanded on continuing bail after he was served with a book of evidence at Dublin District Court yesterday.

The charges relate to information about major developers, Nama’s hotel portfolio and properties in Germany.
