Controversial business park pays €100k in damages

A controversial business park in Wicklow that was in receipt of State support paid out more than €100,000 in damages and settlements to employees last year.

The Wicklow Enterprise Park has recently been the subject of scrutiny by the Public Accounts Committee.

Prior to that the grants body, Pobal, raised concerns about the amount of money it reportedly spent on foreign travel and expenses of board members and staff.
