Gilson and brother still face applications for imprisonment
Last month, High Court judge Ms Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan warned the Gilsons they had two weeks to provide the statements or else they would have to appear personally in court to explain why.
Failure to do so would also mean the court would have to deal with an application by the liquidator to their firm, the Gilson Motor Company, to seek their attachment and committal to prison for contempt of court.
