Threat to kill case accused gets bail

A MAN detained during a Garda search and arrest operation appeared in court yesterday accused of threatening to kill another person.

Leslie Roche of Puddingsfield, Tipperary, was one of eight people arrested on Thursday by gardaí. He was held overnight and brought before Thurles District Court.

Judge Tom O’Donnell granted the accused bail, with conditions, including one that he not reside at a Tipperary address.
