A 15-year-old boy has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a young Dublin man who died following a fatal Halloween stabbing last year.

The Garda chief leading the investigation into the murder on Halloween of 21-year-old Lorcan O’Reilly has said there are people who “know what happened” and he urged them to come forward.

Gardaí were last night continuing to question a man after a taxi was hijacked on a Dublin street and then crashed into a pole, killing a passenger.

GARDAÍ have identified the two gunmen who opened fire at a packed horse fair on Sunday, which left two people injured.

A man is recovering in hospital after being shot in the leg and hip in Dublin early this morning.
