LAST week, the HSE was ‘baffled’ by the decision of the board of Our Lady’s, Crumlin, not to cooperate with the choice of the Mater site. Nobody else is ‘baffled’ by this ‘bafflement’.

I WISH to express my distaste at the publication in your newspaper of pictures of vehicles badly damaged in road accidents, such as that on the front page (Irish Examiner, December 4).
