Hold the front page: a question of taste

I WISH to express my distaste at the publication in your newspaper of pictures of vehicles badly damaged in road accidents, such as that on the front page (Irish Examiner, December 4).

Insensitive photos such as these add to the grief already suffered by the families involved and smack of sensationalism.
