The High Court has ordered the release of a Dublin man, charged in connection of an attempted robbery of a cash transit van in Co Kildare last November, after finding that his detention is unlawful.

THERE was tight security yesterday as seven men were charged with conspiracy to rob almost €1 million from a cash-in-transit van last Friday.
