Irish company Datalex has signed a major technology deal with Saudi Arabian Airlines, one of the largest airlines in the Middle East, carrying 13 million passengers a year.

Irish company Datalex has announced that the company will voluntarily de-list its American Depositary Receipts [ADRs] from the Nasdaq market in the United States.
