A CLASSY grey filly with good bone and athleticism won the overall award in the Celtic Ross Hotel 3,000 Irish Draught Foal championship at Bantry Show for Pat Hennessy, Skeaf, Timoleague.

SLIGO vet Jim Tempany continued a marvellous showing season when taking the top prize of €2,540 in the Tullamore Dew Broodmare and Foal championships at Iverk Show in Piltown, Co Kilkenny.

BANDON cattle exhibitors David and Michael O'Sullivan continued on their championships winning ways at Charleville Agricultural Show last weekend by bringing off a spectacular double with their superb cow, Cradenhill St Fame.
