GARDAÍ were last night trying to locate the last person to have seen a man found dead in suspicious circumstances on a remote Co Mayo peninsula.

Gardaí have today revealed they are treating as suspicious the death of a pensioner whose body was discovered outside his home in Co Mayo.

WITH the recent decision to close Bellacorick Station in April 2005, there is a ready-made plant and buildings suitable for conversion to incineration purposes at a relatively low cost and inconvenience to all concerned.
