Man questioned over Mayo death released without charge

A man who was being questioned in connection with the death of a Co Mayo farmer was released without charge last night.

The body of John Gaughan was found on the driveway leading to his home at Glosh, near Blacksod, on Sunday afternoon.

The 26-year-old was arrested in the same area on Tuesday night.

A file on the case is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
