A 28-year-old woman has died after her parachute apparently failed to open when she attempted a Base jump from an electricity pylon in the Netherlands.

Hackers have attacked the websites for Dutch police and prosecutors, a day after the arrest of a 16-year-old for involvement in a cyberattack on several prominent financial payment websites.
