Kerry worker accused of racially abusing colleague awarded €10k after losing job

Unions ratify new public-sector pay deal

All of the affiliated unions voted in favour of the proposals, but they will "continue to closely monitor living costs and income pressures", warned Ictu president Kevin Callinan.

<p>Deputy chairman of the Labour Court overturned the WRC decision in 2018 to award Ms Pamela Brennan €93,498 on the grounds of gender discrimination.</p>
