Tom Cruise will be allowed to use Germany's parliament building in 'Mission Impossible 3' after all.

Tom Cruise, who will be producing as well as starring in Mission: Impossible 3, has postponed the start date of the film to allow him first to star in director Micheal Mann's thriller Collateral.
