A shotgun and a handgun as well as cannabis plants worth an estimated €40,000 have been seized by gardaí following a raid on a house in Dublin this afternoon.

Two men were remanded in custody today over a €3m drugs seizure.

Three men were being questioned today after the Garda dog unit sniffed out 50,000 ecstasy tablets with a street value of up to half-a-million euro.
