Firearms, cannabis seized in Finglas raid

A shotgun and a handgun as well as cannabis plants worth an estimated €40,000 have been seized by gardaí following a raid on a house in Dublin this afternoon.

Gardaí from the Finglas Drug Unit assisted by uniform gardai searched a house in the Glenties Park area of Finglas shortly after 2pm today.
