Q: I would like to reduce the appearance of scars across the side of my neck. They are not particularly bad, but I am very self-conscious of them. I have already tried lightening creams, but they didn’t seem to make any difference. Is there anything that you could suggest to help?

My nephew is allergic to cats, and whenever he comes to visit he seems to flare up in a rash.
