Northern Ireland Minister Barry Gardiner today called on the Civil Service union to ballot its members on its latest pay offer.

The union who represent civil servants in Ireland have decided to reject the benchmarking report.

Civil servant representatives are today meeting in Dublin to discuss what they consider to be a weak recommendation made in the benchmarking report.
