A woman with more than 300 previous convictions has been sentenced to 21 months’ imprisonment for a number of thefts in Tralee and Killarney during the Rose of Tralee festival last year.

GARDAÍ have arrested two men as part of their investigation into robberies at a car dealership and Cash for Gold shop in a north Cork town.

DARING raiders climbed more than 40 feet onto a three-storey building before breaking through a skylight and stealing a five-figure sum of jewellery.
