Charleville is holding their annual agriculture show this weekend and by the looks of it, it's going to be a cracker!

The country’s biggest two day agricultural show in Charleville will feature an attempt this weekend to set a new Guinness world record for sheaf tossing.

THIS year’s Charleville Agricultural Show, the 33rd, is set to be better than ever, with a programme that really has something for everyone, whatever their age. The show grounds have been developed too, with new roadways laid and ample extended car parking, so getting there and getting around will never have been easier.

AN “independent” review of ShowjumpingIreland’s (SJI) insurance policy has been initiated by Horse Sport Ireland (HSI).

THE single cylinder tractor, which helped to modernise Irish farming, is to be given a new lease of life at this year’s Charleville Show.

MOVE over Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton and make way for other adventurous types who are now using lawn mowers in a less costly form of the sport.

THE two-day Charleville Show today and tomorrow will for the first time host a food hall, featuring local producers and farmers’ markets.
