Court of Appeal refused to grant a stay of hearing of teacher's appeal to his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School going ahead tomorrow, Saturday

The judge said: 'Mr Burke is being imprisoned because he is trespassing on other people's property. No more. No less.'

The court also may consider having certain Burke family cars which were used to drive Mr Burke onto the school grounds sequestered to the State

Judge last week ordered Mr Burke be imprisoned for his contempt of court orders directing him not to trespass at Wilson’s Hospital School

Judge says fines and security failed to deter Enoch Burke, ordering his immediate committal for repeated contempt of court

Enoch Burke had already been facing an application by the school to have him sent back to prison

The family repeatedly interrupted saying the judge was lying and that he would answer to God

His brother Isaac was eventually removed from the court today by gardaí for interruptions to the proceedings

Mr Justice Brian Cregan has said he would consider next week sequestering a car used by Mr Burke or members of his family which also got on to the Westmeath school's grounds
