My three-year-old daughter only wants to eat white food for dinner — chicken, pasta, rice, and potatoes. She gets upset if I add a Bolognese sauce or meatballs. I’ve tried distraction, playing games, and offering treats —but she won’t budge. I’m worried she’s missing out on key nutrients.
